Chateau Du Mer is a beach resort with a beach house and conference hall. The beach house could now accommodate 12 guests; 6 in the main floor and 6 in the first floor (fully air-conditioned rooms). The beach house and conference hall is part of an 8-building complex sprawled in 5 acres of land. It is surrounded by hollow blocks and chain link fence for privacy. It is landscaped with both native and imported plants and fruit trees.There are three artesian wells in the complex that supply water in abundance even during the dry season. The other buildings in the compound are: The main house, the caretaker's cottage, pump and storage house, the generator house, sister-in-law cottage and the Gazebo Beach house. The sister-in-law cottage and Gazebo House are private vacation properties.
